All IUS conferences provide an opportunity for focused exchange and vigorous criticism, covering topical and theoretical issues as well as cutting-edge research, and draw together scholars and military professionals from around the globe.

The IUS 2009 conference, held on Friday, October 23 through Sunday, October 25, will continue our relationship with the Palmer House Hilton. Rooms are $209.00 per night plus 15.4% tax. We are also pleased to announce that we have extended the conference schedule. Panels will now start at 8:00 am on Friday for a full day of activity. We anticipate a 12:00 pm end to the conference on Sunday.

The Board and Council meeting is on Thursday, 5:00-7:00 pm, followed by dinner.
